Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At 2Bros Market, we strive to deliver premium quality directly to your doorstep. To ensure a fair, transparent, and fast shopping experience across the UAE, we operate under a strict policy tailored to our direct-to-home courier delivery system.
Please read our terms carefully before completing your order.
1. On-the-Spot Inspection (Recommended)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Check Before You Pay: You are highly encouraged to inspect your item(s) in front of the delivery driver before making your payment.
Immediate Returns: If you are not satisfied with the quality, design, or fit, you can hand the item straight back to the driver.
Please Note: A standard delivery charge of 25 AED will still apply to cover the courier’s dispatch cost.
2. Post-Delivery Damage & Issue Claims (Strict 2-Hour Window)
To protect against transit issues and ensure product integrity, any damages, defects, or incorrect items received must be reported to us immediately.
Time Limit: You must contact us at Binyaheyaa@gmail.com or via our official WhatsApp within 1 to 2 hours maximum after receiving your package.
Mandatory Video Proof: To accept a damage claim, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video alongside a 360-degree product video.
Important: No claim will be evaluated or accepted without the mandatory unboxing video.
3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
For any return or exchange to be approved, the item must be in pristine, resellable condition:

The item must be completely unworn and unused (trying on shoes on a clean carpet is fine; outdoor wear or signs of use are not).
All original tags, protectors, film, and original branded packaging must be completely intact.
Our driver will thoroughly inspect the item's condition before collecting it. Any item showing signs of wear or missing packaging will be rejected on the spot.
4. Refunds & Associated Fees
If a return is accepted after delivery has been completed, logistics deductions will apply:
Deductions: A total of 50 AED will be deducted from your final refund amount (25 AED to cover the initial delivery cost + 25 AED to cover the return pickup courier charge).
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
5. Exchanges
Want to swap your item or change sizes?
You must inform us of your exchange request within 1 to 2 hours of receiving the order.
A standard delivery charge of 25 AED will apply to the exchange dispatch, in addition to any price difference for the new item.
