Shipping & Delivery Policy

At 2Bros Market, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We offer fast, free delivery options across the UAE alongside premium same-day services for select emirates.

Please review our delivery timelines, cut-off times, and return charge policies below.

1. Standard Delivery (100% Free)

We are proud to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders across the United Arab Emirates.

 Delivery Timeline: 1 to 3 business days.

 Next-Day Delivery Cut-Off: Place your order before 8:30 PM to have it delivered the very next day.

 Failed Deliveries: While shipping is free, if an order is rejected at the doorstep or returned, a return shipping fee will apply (see Section 3 below).

2. Same-Day Delivery (Exclusive via WhatsApp)

Need your order immediately? We offer an expedited Same-Day Delivery service for select emirates.

 Eligible Emirates: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah.

 How to Request: You must contact our team directly on WhatsApp to coordinate same-day dispatch.

3. Return & Rejection Delivery Charges

To keep our standard shipping completely free for all customers, we only charge for shipping if an item is returned or rejected.

 Doorstep Inspection & Rejection: If you choose to inspect your item in front of the driver and decide not to keep it, you may return it immediately to the driver. However, a 25 AED delivery charge must be paid to the courier to cover their dispatch cost.

 Post-Delivery Returns: If you request a return after the driver has left, a 50 AED fee will be deducted from your refund (25 AED to cover the initial free dispatch cost + 25 AED for the return pickup courier charge).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure a secure transaction:

Before we dispatch any Cash on Delivery order, our team will send a quick verification message to your mobile number or via WhatsApp.

⚠️ Please Note: If we cannot get in touch with you to verify your delivery details within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled automatically to prevent courier dispatch issues.
